Had an amazing time over Christmas! the hostel had a super fun and sociable atmosphere, with planned activities every night. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. the location was perfect, right in the center of everything and close to the metro station. Plus, there were lots of plugs to charge my devices and small lockers for my valuables.

The coffee wasn't great, but luckily they had tea as well. the beds were quite hard, but a drink helped to solve that problem.

As bike riders, we loved the free bicycle rental at Charinco Hostel. the bikes were well-maintained and always available for us to use. the hostel's convenient location near Osaka Castle and the central area made it easy for us to explore the city. the facilities were very clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the free toast with jam and coffee/tea for breakfast. We also had a great time in the lively lobby, which turned into an impromptu bar at night and even had retro video games. the staff were friendly and gave us good recommendations for things to do in Osaka.

I had an amazing time at Charinco Hostel in Osaka. The staff spoke fluent English and I felt very welcome. The common areas, especially the kitchen, had a great atmosphere to socialize with other travelers. They even let me use the kitchen and shower space after my extra stay. I highly recommend this hostel.

Very helpful staff, close to subway stations, multiple convenience stores and local restaurants nearby. Dorm beds provide privacy. Fully equipped kitchen, free bike rental, and breakfast available. Ground floor bar and quiet street make for a comfortable stay. Dorm beds are spacious and adjustable. Top floor has a balcony and a modern kitchen.

The staff at Charinco Hostel were amazing, with exceptional service and fluency in multiple languages. the free bike rentals allowed us to have a wonderful evening exploring Dotonbori, and the recommendation for a club added to the fun. the 6th floor lounge provided a relaxing environment, while downstairs at the bar was always a great place to unwind. the hostel organized a public viewing of the Rugby World Cup, which was a fantastic experience.

Shared dorm room with 24 people was a bit crowded and noisy. the beds were not the most comfortable, but it was manageable.

I stayed at Charinco Hostel for a few nights during my trip to Japan. The free bike rental was a big plus for me, as it allowed me to explore the city of Osaka easily. The hostel had a relaxed vibe, and the staff were friendly. The private room I stayed in was comfortable and had good ventilation. The hostel offered a large and clean dormitory space, providing plenty of room for belongings. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering tips and advice that couldn't be found online. there were social events organized by the staff, such as takoyaki night and movie night, which added to the fun and sociable atmosphere of the hostel.

The mattresses in the dorm rooms were uncomfortable, which affected the overall sleep quality. The weak WiFi signal was also frustrating at times, making it difficult to stay connected.

The staff at the hostel were very helpful and friendly, always willing to provide suggestions and recommendations. The location of the hostel was also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby tourist attractions. I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the dorm, it was much larger than other hostels I've stayed at.

One issue I had during my stay was the lack of privacy in the sleeping capsules. There was no covering on the top of the capsule, so light from the room would filter in all night, making it difficult for me to sleep.

The staff was amazing and really made my Christmas stay special. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The fact that they spoke English well was a big plus for me. Another great aspect was the location. It was conveniently situated between two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. there were convenience stores and vending machines nearby, which was very convenient. And one more thing I enjoyed was the cleanliness of the place. It was well taken care of and very clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay.

The size of the rooms. I didn't expect to be in a room with bunk beds, but considering the price, it wasn't too bad.
